about me

From marketing to product.

I started on the marketing side of Shopify apps — writing docs, running campaigns, and answering front-line support tickets. It was a good way to learn how merchants think and what they struggle with.

In 2023 my boss offered me a chance to move into product, and I took it: founding PO of an app built from zero, then leading a team on one of the top store design apps on Shopify, and now data products at national scale.

The person behind the backlog.

I collect languages the way some people collect stamps: fluent English, Chinese in progress, and a little Thai picked up entirely from dramas.
